Our dogs are important members of the family. So too is the security of our home. Dogs Day Afternoon looks after both these requirements effectively. Our dogs love going for walks with their dog friends and we know they are in safe care. They have a great relationship with the friendly Dogs Day staff who treat them as if they are their own pets. Darren and his staff have been reliable when we are called away interstate at short notice. The caring team visit the house and check it; and feed and walk the dogs. Grooming is fantastic and easy to arrange. I have no hesitation in recommending Dog Day Afternoon for your family pet.

We can’t wait to go out with Darren and the crew. We love seeing our dog ‘homie’ friends and having a good sniff and play. After we’ve been groomed, we get so many comments about how good we both look and our owners think we smell great too! We love Dogs Day Afternoon!

I’ll be honest at times I think Darren is part dog! I mean this in the most endearing way possible; dog people will understand. He relates to the dogs so well. He is mindful of each individual client, their individual needs and provides a personalised service for each dog. He is such a passionate dog lover and business owner. We at Diggiddy Doggy Daycare often recommend his services purely based on the care level he applies to each individual doggy. Our businesses have been in alliance for almost 8 years and have come to rely on each other’s services to complement each other’s businesses and help our local doggy owners and their dogs with their educational, exercise, grooming, training, holiday care, behavioural assistance needs and so much more.
Owning Basenjis can be a bit of a test sometimes as they have a real mind of their own. Whenever we need to leave them in the safe hands of Darren and his team it always means we feel confident they’re well walked and taken care of. Trustworthy, respectful and knowledgable - what more could you ask for in your team of dog handlers?
